Description |
Every Customer engagement follows a proven production process, which begins with a Project Manager. The Project Manager is assigned to the project for its duration with the responsibility to meet delivery dates, process change requests, review and resolve customer issues, and ensure that both the customer and QualHub are meeting the obligations defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Project Manager is backingup by a production coordination office which schedules and monitors production in QualHub content factory.
The content factory is comprised of several work areas which have developed and refined production techniques to capture the input data, source additional data, track production steps, quality assurance and analyse the results throughout the process, and manage the release of finished content back to the customer.
QualHubs 7-Step Process model, outlined below, is easily adapted to varying customer-specific requirements.
Organize - establish data organization standards (i.e., the taxonomy) Validate - assess data quality relative to taxonomy and data quality standards Normalize - ensure common attribute values are used when appropriate (e.g., manufacturer names) Classify - assign parts to their appropriate categories Cleanse - create consistent formats, correct misspellings, enforce common abbreviations and acronym usage Enrich - extract and add attribute data to parts Publish - syndicate data in proper formats to all consuming systems (e.g., ERP) |
